What the heck is a fidget puzzle?

Great question :)

Fidget Puzzles are a brand new creation! It all started when I was wanting to make something my son and I BOTH could enjoy!

There are many ways to fidget-let's break it down. :)

Fidgets have no Rules

The first thing you need to understand is that Fidgets have no rhyme or reason-you just fidget! It can be for fun or to calm you down, to have something to touch or to play with another.

The main idea is it is to be FUN. Touch the pieces, enjoy the colors, enjoy the fun charms inside-play a game of "I spy." Challenge your brain to try something new! Try putting the pieces in different ways-maybe only corners or place the edges back to back. This is not your ordinary puzzle. It's not to be stressful. It's to reduce stress.

Let your eyes rest from screens for a bit. Connect with your inner child. Be spontaneous! Break the rules! (They are none to break but you know what I mean)
